Simulation before hardware is deliberate. It is schedule insurance: if the mechanical build slips, the software milestones still land, and you are not paying a team to wait.
What we will not do
We will not hand you a stack we cannot support and call it a delivery.
Foreground work built for your program is yours, assigned on payment, in your field of use. That is the normal arrangement and we are not precious about it.
The platform layer underneath it is different. We license it, we maintain it, and we hold source escrow with defined step-in triggers so you are never trapped. That is what makes the support commitment real rather than a line in a contract.
We will put that split in writing before you sign anything, not after.
The first step
A fixed-price architecture and baseline phase. It ends in a frozen scope, an interface control document, a safety concept, and a firm price for the build. Signing binds that phase only.
